INSTALLATION AND SERVICES
The Crisp-Air Services division is responsible for:
- Sales and installation of Vehicle Air-conditioning, Chilling and Freezing Systems
- Supplying and installing clean air systems for improved cabin air quality
- Servicing the market for application specific, mission critical and special purpose vehicles
- Vehicle air-conditioning, freezing and refrigeration servicing
The installation and service of Crisp-Air systems and components are available not only at our Acacia Ridge Headquarters but also through a national network of selected sub-contractors.
We understanding that our products are constantly on the move, travel long distances and operate in sometimes extreme conditions, Crisp-Air maintains a strong commitment to finding a qualified representative in your area.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT NOW WITH 24-7 SERVICE
Customer backup is among Crisp-Air's highest priorities. We value our customer relationship and provide clients with a high level of service as part of our commitment to adding value long term. We have a fleet of service vehicles to support customer needs in S.E. Queensland and a network of service partners in other regions.
SPARE PARTS
Crisp-Air supply spare parts for all our air conditioning and refrigeration units. From nuts and bolts to compressors to hoses and pipes, Crisp-Air has it all.
WARRANTY POLICY
Crisp-Air Pty Ltd typically warrants its systems and installation work associated with that equipment against malfunctions resulting from faulty workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year from the date of installation.
PARTS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Unless otherwise specified, replacement parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase (parts only). If the part is replaced within the original one year warranty period then this replacement warranty is superseded by the new equipment warranty and such parts replaced during this time, will be warranted for the remainder of that new equipment warranty.
